simple holiday

Hello and happy holidays! I thought I'd do a makeup look for this holiday season. I'm a pretty casual person when it comes to makeup, especially when I'm with my family. This look is a nice combo of casual with a little sparkle. However, it's still not too glitzy or out there.

what i used

{ foundation - BareMinerals Original // bronzer - BareMinerals Warmth // concealer - Maybelline Instant Age Rewind // contour - Maybelline Fit Me Stick Foundation // highlight - Benefit High Beam // eyeshadow pallet - Urban Decay Naked 2 // eyeshadow - Loreal Infallible Amber Rush // mascara - Maybelline Pumped Up + Covergirl Professional // eyebrow - Anastasia Dip Brow Pomade // lip liner - Covergirl#205 // gloss - Revlon Matte Lipcolor #645 }

how i did it

I started with a nice, clean and moisturized face. To prime my lids I used my concealer and sealed that in with the color foxy from the Naked 2. I put tease in my crease and then picked up snakebite for the inner and outer corners. I used my Loreal shadow, popped that in the middle and blended it all together. Next, I curled my eyelashes and put one coat of each mascara to make my eyes casually pop. I filled in my brows using Anastasia's Dip Brow in their darkest shade and lined my eyes with blackout. To add dimension to my otherwise square-shaped face, I contoured with my concealer and a foundation in a darker shade, then blended it in with my off-brand beauty blender. I sealed that in with powder foundation, bronzer and highlight. To finish off the look I added a lip liner and topped it off with my current favorite lip gloss collection by Revlon.

This is such a simple look, but it's honestly perfect for spending the holiday with the family.

Happy Holidays!
