Dressy Comfort for the Theatre

If you know me at all, then you will know how much I LOVE musicals. So I was thrilled when my mom gave me tickets to Love Never Dies, which is the sequel to The Phantom of the Opera.

Once upon a time, the theater used to be a place where you dressed your best, but nowadays people come in jeans and jerseys. Personally, I hate that because I think it's respectful to dress up at the theatre, plus it's fun! So I decided to put together an outfit that feels like sweats but looks like I'm dressing (almost) my best.

shoes - urban outfitters || pants - target || body suit - forever 21 || sweater - zara || bag - italy

I threw this outfit on in the morning and was so pleased. It's loose and clearly comfortable, but it's still fashionable and dressy enough for the theatre. I haven't worn these pants in MONTHS (because I didn't bring them with me to Italy) and decided it was time to bring them back out. Of course, because they're loose a bodysuit goes perfectly and the underwear line doesn't show! Lastly, this sweater has a blazer-type of look without being super restrictive and structured. I loved it. Accessories pulled it all together with some block-heeled sandals, simple jewelry and a black handbag.
